Ontwerpduo designer Tineke Beunders has a special affection for mint green—indeed, she infuses her work with the shade.
Her fascination with the color goes back to childhood: "My mother had a set of small storage boxes in the color," Beunders says. "Every once in a while I was allowed to play with the boxes." Her admiration for RAL 6021 is such that Beunders and Ontwerpduo partner Nathan Wierink have used it on their logo as well as many of their industrial and interior design projects.
