Accessories: Flanelle Textiles in Italy

Based in Prato, the famous textile district just outside Florence, Italy, Flanelle Textiles is a collaborative effort among architect Sabrina Bignami (of today's Architect Visit: B-Arch Studio in Prato, Italy) and textile experts Marco Badiani and Andrea Balloni. The trio creates made-to-order pillows, throws, and other items for the home using unexpected materials—high-quality men's woolen suiting fabrics, for instance, and reclaimed army blankets.
